I wish there were more books that utilized things like this. My art teacher in high school once showed me a book that had the text organized to form different shapes on the page. This reminds me of that.

How'd you make this piece?

I use old paper from an old book, then take one of my photos, modify it extensively, and print it on the paper. It's a lot of trial and error. And I'm planning on expanding this idea. But yeah. Real simple, with often lovely results.
